Cryogenic Valve Series
A cryogenic valve is a valve specifically designed to operate in low-temperature environments (usually below room temperature and even reaching extremely low temperatures like the liquid nitrogen temperature range, etc.), which can reliably achieve functions such as medium cutoff and regulation, and prevent the valve from being damaged by low temperatures.
DQ61F Low-temperature Welded Ball Valve
1. The DQ61F low-temperature high-pressure ball valve adopts a structure with a pressure relief hole opened on the valve core.
2. The gasket of the DQ61F low-temperature high-pressure ball valve uses a ceramic filling material with stable sealing performance.
3. The body of the DQ61F low-temperature high-pressure ball valve is light in weight and small in size. In order to reduce the heat loss of the valve body, especially to ensure the use of the valve at low temperatures, the valve body is deliberately designed to be light in weight and small in size.
4. The long-shaft valve is a valve through which low-temperature fluid flows. It adopts the form of a long valve stem, which can avoid the external heat effect and keep the gland at normal temperature to prevent the performance degradation of the gland seal.
DJ61 Low-temperature Welded Globe Valve
1. The structure is simpler than that of a gate valve, and both manufacturing and maintenance are more convenient.
2. The sealing surface is not easy to be worn or abraded, and the sealing performance is good. When opening and closing, there is no relative sliding between the valve disc and the valve body sealing surface, so the wear and abrasion are not serious, the sealing performance is good, and the service life is long.
3. When opening and closing, the stroke of the valve disc is small, so the height of the globe valve is smaller than that of the gate valve, but the structural length is longer than that of the gate valve.
4. The opening and closing torque is large, opening and closing is more laborious, and the opening and closing time is longer.

DZ61 Low-temperature Welded Gate Valve
The low-temperature welded gate valve uses Monel alloy as the main material, asbestos impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene as the packing, and flexible graphite as the sealing material. This material is impermeable to both gases and liquids, has an elasticity of 10%-15% in the thickness direction, and can achieve sealing with a relatively low tightening pressure. It also has self-lubricating properties. When used as valve packing, it can prevent wear between the packing and the valve stem. It is suitable for low-temperature applications such as methane, liquefied natural gas, ethylene, carbon dioxide, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid hydrogen.
Low-temperature emergency shut-off valve
This product is applicable to cut off and circulate media in low-temperature storage tanks, tank trucks and tank cars, and can cut off the media in a timely manner in case of malfunctions. This new type of valve has the advantages of simple structure, small size, light weight, reliable sealing, convenient operation, flexible opening and closing, and wide applicability. It is widely used in LO2, LN2, LAe, LNG, LHe and other low-temperature media, and has the functions of fire prevention, anti-static and explosion-proof.
DZ40Y Low-temperature Flange Gate Valve
1. In order to prevent abnormal pressure rise in the middle cavity, a pressure relief hole is set on the inlet side of the gate.
2. Determine the top length of the valve bonnet according to the working temperature of the valve to ensure reliable sealing of the valve stem packing.
3. Reasonably select the materials of parts such as packing and gaskets according to the working temperature.
4. Strictly control the mechanical performance indicators such as the chemical composition and low-temperature impact toughness of the material.
