Gate Valve Series
A gate valve is a linear motion valve that uses a movable gate or wedge - shaped disc to block or allow the flow of fluid; it moves perpendicular to the flow direction, providing a tight seal when fully closed, and is widely used in pipelines for its low flow resistance, suitability for full - bore applications, and ability to handle large volumes of fluid in industries such as waterworks, power plants, and petrochemicals.
Z61Y Stainless Steel Forged and Welded Gate Valve
Welded gate valves feature quick opening and closing, tight sealing, long durability, and light weight, with excellent casting craftsmanship. Their installation doesn't require flanges, pipe fittings, or gaskets, reducing two potential leakage points, effectively meeting the needs of various users for energy conservation, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and environmental protection.
Z45H Non-rising Stem Gate Valve
Non-rising stem gate valves, also known as rotary stem gate valves, have the valve stem nut mounted on the gate. When the handwheel is turned, it rotates the valve stem, which in turn raises or lowers the gate. The bottom of the valve stem is equipped with trapezoidal threads. These threads work with the internal threads at the valve bottom and the guide grooves on the gate to convert rotational motion into linear motion, effectively transforming the operating torque into axial thrust to move the gate.

Z41W Flanged Gate Valve
Flanged gate valves are suitable for pipelines in various systems of petroleum, chemical, water conservancy, thermal power generation, etc., with a nominal pressure range of PN1.6 - 16.0MPa and an operating temperature between -29℃ and 550℃. They are used to cut off or connect pipeline media. These valves can handle a wide range of media, including water, oils, steam, as well as acids, alkalis, ammonia, urea, sulfur-containing natural gas, etc.
Z41Y Forged Flanged Gate Valve
Forged flanged gate valves are manufactured in accordance with API standards, ensuring reliable sealing. For products with a rating of 600Lb and above, the sealing surfaces of the gate and seat are surfaced with Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, and the valve stems are quenched, tempered, and nitrided. These features endow the valves with excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-galling properties, significantly extending their service life.
Z41 Rising Stem Gate Valve
The Z41T cast iron rising stem gate valve has two distinct features: the rising stem structure and the wedge design. In rising stem gate valves, the valve stem nut is mounted on the valve cover or support. The opening and closing of the gate are achieved by rotating the valve stem nut to raise and lower the valve stem. This structure not only facilitates the lubrication of the valve stem but also makes the opening and closing status of the valve clearly visible, which is why it is widely used.

Z45 Non-rising Stem Resilient Seated Gate Valve
In addition to having the advantages of resilient seated gate valves, the Z45 non-rising stem resilient seated gate valve achieves excellent sealing through the deformation compensation of the integrally rubber-coated gate. It overcomes the problems of poor sealing, water leakage, and rusting that are common in general gate valves, and it can more effectively save installation space.
