J961Y Power Plant Welded Globe Valve
Welded globe valves are widely applicable to the working conditions with a nominal pressure ranging from PN20.0 to 32.0Mpa and from P(54)100V to P(57)170V. In terms of temperature control, when the pressure is P(57)170V, the working temperature can reach up to 570℃, while in other cases, it does not exceed 540℃. These globe valves can reliably cut off or connect the media in the pipelines in various industrial environments such as petroleum, chemical, hydraulic, and thermal power plants. The applicable media include various types such as water, oil products, steam, etc.




Power station welded globe valve
This valve is suitable for working conditions with a nominal pressure of PN1.6 - 6.4 Mpa and a temperature range of -29℃ to 550℃. It is applicable to multiple industries such as petroleum. It can cut off or connect media like water and oil products, and supports both manual and pneumatic operation modes. It has an excellent structure, strong sealing performance, and quick opening and closing. The sealing surface and the valve stem have undergone special treatments, featuring good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. J61Y Manual High-pressure Globe Valve
The manufacturing and acceptance of power station globe valves are strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Japanese standard E101 for valves used in thermal power generation. For pound-class power station globe valves, their structural lengths are also determined in accordance with the E101 standard. The welding groove of the valve body can be processed according to the provisions of the ANSI B16.25 standard, or customized according to the specific dimensions provided by the user. In addition, the depth of the packing chamber of the valve cover is reasonably designed, and a corrosion inhibitor is added to the filled packing. This not only ensures the reliability of the seal but also makes the opening and closing operations of the valve smoother.
