A filter is a device or apparatus that uses physical or chemical methods and specific devices or materials to separate impurities, particles, and other harmful substances in a fluid, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the fluid and improving its purity or quality.

SD16 Basket Strainer

The basket strainer is mainly composed of connecting pipes, the main pipe, the filter basket, flanges, flange covers, and fasteners. After the fluid enters the filter basket through the main pipe, solid impurities are trapped inside the basket, while the clean fluid flows out of the basket and is discharged from the outlet of the strainer. For cleaning, simply unscrew the screw plug at the bottom of the main pipe to drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, and take out the filter basket. After cleaning, reinstall it, making the operation and maintenance extremely convenient.

UL41HU type filter

The U-type filter is an indispensable device in the pipeline for transporting media. It is usually installed at the inlet of pressure reducing valves, relief valves, constant water level valves, or other equipment to remove impurities from the media and ensure the normal operation of valves and equipment. When the fluid enters the filter cartridge equipped with a specific specification of filter screen, the impurities are intercepted, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, process it, and then reinstall it. Thus, it is very convenient to use and maintain.

Applicable temperature: -29 to 425°C, -40 to 200°C.
Applicable media: water, oil, steam, nitric acid, fatty acids.
